The question is- when I try to claim compensation off BT what is an acceptable hourly rate for my time?

 

Long story but Mum was due to move, set up move but then sale fell through. Told BT to cancel (they said it had already been cancelled) however on 28th (date of original move) BB went off at midnight then 24 hours later landline went off. 

 

Was lied to many times but finally got a new account set up and phone went live on Sunday night evening. Router being delivered today with a date of 16th for going live but today received a text saying as BB was now live (it isn't) they were turning off mini hub. I have spent hours on the phone and have kept notes 

 

BT are a nightmare
