Sorry, 1 last question

 

The SAR details says to send the letter to the address registered address that ICO holds but that is different their PO box address. Should I send the SAR to the listed address on ICO webiste or does it not matter?

I would keep the snotty letter separate from the rest.  So snotty letter tomorrow to Gladstones and UKPCM.

 

Then on Wednesday send your SAR.  As dx says, no need for a separate letter re change of address.  In fact the example you found - good research by the way - is the standard SAR letter with the first lines slightly amended to include the change of address.  Best to put that bit in bold so the idiots don't miss it.

If you're doing this with UKCPM you might as well do it with the other companies that have sent you PCNs, that way (a) most importantly you're protected from backdoor CCJs and (b) you can see what the idiots are pursuing you for.

 

Always get free Certificates of Posting for all these letters.

 

For the SARs stick in some I.D. such as your Council Tax bill otherwise the PPCs will use lack of I.D. to delay things.
