DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

  • dx100uk changed the title to DVLA Issue - how do i start court proceedings

small claims court is very limited to fees and costs both ways so wont cost you much nor will you be liable for £1000's if you lose.

Thanks. I Tried CAB, but no advice there.

Did you give them as little detail as you have here?

if so, no surprise they couldn’t help......

CAG is a self-help site.

if you help Cagger’s to help you, they will.

Would you take your car into a garage, toss your keys on the counter and say “It’s my car!”?

(If you were paying it might be an option but expect to be charged more!).

So, don’t expect much if you keep playing ‘secret squirrel’. Give Cagger’s the tools to do so and they’ll be able to help.
