Hi

I am trying to trace an NFC pension dating back to 1978-1988.

i have tried various tracing sites inc the Govt one, but to no avail.

I think the fund was taken over in 2000 by Exel logistics, but not sure.

Any former employees out there, or other experts who could help?

Hello and welcome to CAG.

I've spoken to someone who deals with old-style pension schemes and from that conversation, I'm afraid I think you probably don't need a pensions expert and may need to be your own Sherlock Holmes and track where the Exel pension fund went to or which company they were bought by if there's nothing on the government website.

Did you have a leaving service statement about your pension when you moved on from NFC and did you keep them advised of your contact details?

For what it's worth, someone posted about their Pickfords pension benefits a few years ago and they traced them.
