Hi I'm in bit of a mess right now, I have take everyday loan, signed a contract on 10/01/18 but I'm in a condition to pay it back in full, as all the branches included head office is closed I have checked my credit agreement and it states I can cancel in 14 days cooling-off period.

I have just sent an email direct to branch and cancellation team to cancel my agreement, my question is am I right of cancelling this time of the night on 14th day of cooling-off period by sending email to branch and head office, will I be able to cancel and pay it back without any further interest and penalties??

Thanks

Why have you left it so close to the deadline ?.....you may be just okay if they allow the next day after acceptance...otherwise your a day over.
