I am only asking this question as I have conflicting information and really want to find out for sure.

My wife is currently waiting for a review of her PIP award and has to go for a F2F assessment which we will attend (only a few miles away so count ourselves lucky).

The question I have is that if the outcome is that her award is taken away (we dealing with Capita) will her payments cease immediately or will they continue until we have gone through the mandatory consideration and Tribunal process?

We do have backup plans so that if she loses the PIP (basically I would have to go JSA) but I have heard JSA can be a little picky if they know you are trying for PIP/carers allowance.
