Apologies if this questions has already been asked.

I raised a case against Natwest via MCOL on 10/11/06. Can anyone confirm where within MCOL site it states when the case has been served to the defendant?

Also, can someone please confirm what documentation needs to be sent (ie schedule of charges etc) and who it needs to be sent too now that I have raised a claim agianst the bank.

Many thanks for youyr help

You will be able to see when your claim has been served by checking your claim on MCOL, it usually allows a week for the claim to be served on the defendant, you should also receive notification of this in post too.

With regards to documentation you can now send a copy of your schedule (including the 8% interest) to MCOL and ask them to attach it to your claim, send it with a cover letter quoting your claim number.

Its probably a good idea to send your new schedule to Cobbetts (if thats whos defending), that way they are aware you have filed your claim and are now pursuing the 8% interest too.

MCOL address is:-

Deller - did you include any specific detail within your cover letter addressed to MCOL?

Not particularly, I just used:-

Dear Sir/Madam,

Claim Number xxxxxxxx

Please find enclosed a copy of my schedule which indicates exactly what I am claiming in regards to unlawful bank charges.

I would appreciate it if you would attach this to my claim as I was unable to attach it when filing my claim online.

Yours faithfully

Seemed to work OK for me!
