hello i really need to know if anyone has successfully or is actively trying to get their money back from ATL as i am very ready to follow those steps or join those trying, i am so upset because i have paid more than £5000 to ATL before suspecting them and finally made inquiries to confirm their lies, i have also called some of the bodies they claim to work with to be extra sure. pls is anyone trying or has tried??

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I am in the same boat and I am trying the county court route and I am going to report them for fraud. I am getting support from my bank but we need evidence they are connected to Metropolitan International schools and the Skilltrain [problem]. This would then give us a precedence that fraud has been committed. Evidence that they cannot provide the qualifications is also going to give us protection under unfair trading law.
