I tried to book a training course with the above company but their website crashed and my registration didn't work- I know this as I was emailed by them telling me I wasn't registered and needed to do it again. I decided against it and thought no more of it. I then stared getting alerts from my bank account that an amount was trying to be debited from my account - this went on for weeks and I couldn't get a response from Animal Jobs Direct. I logged a complaint that was ignored (logged by email and their website). This started on 6th July and the first response I got was mid-november. they've stopped the issue with my bank account but I'm now getting emails, texts and calls from a debt collection agency! They're ignoring my emails again. What can I do to stop the (nonexistent) debt collection? I would also like to complain to anyone I can about this company. Thanks
