Hello again,

Just to keep you posted got a letter back from the court acknowledging my defence and now they will notify the claimants of the action and they have 28 to respond to the courts so will keep this post going for your kind assistance and also maybe to help others who are going through the same process not knowing what to do. I am extremely grateful for all who has posted on my thread, many may thanks.

usual rubbish if they've not complied to your CCA request

nor produced any paperwork whatsoever that you actually owe this debt.

please negotiate to give us 'something'

else we'll have to discontinue because we were hoping for a default judgement that was uncontested.

however, you've made it difficult for us to do so as your submitted a defence putting us to proff

we actually have a legal right to bring this to court.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

DX,

I thought so it came across quite clearly but I just needed to confirm with you, someone innocent in the same situ would probably ring them and then they have you by the b..ls.

Thanks so much for responding so quickly greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Received another letter from BC in a attempt to settle the matter before hearing as to avoid further costs etc, asking me to complete the form attached of what I can reasonably afford?????? Do I ignore this as they have not even proved the debt is legitimate?

Please can you advise.
