No more will I be bullied or harassed.

When informed that the call is recorded for training and monitoring I always say I don't want it used for training.

I always ask for the ICO registration information - they often dont have it, shame i never discuss my personal data unless I know they comply with the DPA.

Finally I always record calls and state at the start of there call. Although I don't have too.

I'm glad you took Ally's advice and took a step back. I know how you were feeling though, when it's your own claim you want everthing to be done right and want everyone to tell you you're doing so. You're doing just fine and there's plenty of us watching over you ready to help with your next step.

Nothing wrong with being over confident, but always wise to get everything checked over before sending. Even when you know you've done it right, it always feels better when someone tells you that it's right......well it did for me anyway!!

Hey there is nothing wrong with asking advice and being told "probably not" rather than going ahead with things and we trying to unpick things together after the event eh!!!

You nearly there now hon - beg of Feb I reckon.

ive also started a mass new year clean up( all things shoved in places to keep out of sight) lol and fell across bank statements from my other 2 accounts i was going to wait until new year to do these 2 but.....

On having a quick look through i thought id highlight some of the charges and so far have come across

account 2.....300+ in charges etc and theres 30 statements missing

account number 3.... 750+ charges with 2yrs statements missing, this one will prob touch the 1000 mark..

so roll on payday, i did order statements through my bank a few week ago but they said theyd forgot,

wed/thursday im going to do it all properlyand send SAR for both,There not huge amounts.. so what... a little back is better than nothing.

OH most deffinately, all those little bits soon add up to one larger amount. I've got a couple of really small ones to sort out, £120 and £180, but they all count!!
