Hi, I have been trying for months to arrange a payment plan with Quick Quid but they keep ignoring my e-mails to them. Out of my 4 pdl's I have managed to arrange payments plans with Lending Stream and in negoiations with Wonga, Payday Express are also ignoring my pleas. I received a default notice off Quick Quid at the weekend, and keep getting emails telling me I have to pay in full immediately. I keep reponding to the e-mails but the are ignored. I have also read that they only do payment plans over 4 months, which I can not afford. I can't even afford 6 months as that would be £95 per month. I really don't know what to do. I am wondering if I should just start paying it off and see what happens?Has somebody please got their account details so I can make some payments? Thanks

They will negotiate a longer repayment plan through their customer resolution service.

To be honest QQ is my only outsanding payday loan left and they're a bunch of clowns.

I pay them what i want, when i want.

QQ don't have any bank account details to pay into, probably owing to the fact they're an American company.

I know people have paid them via paypal but some have had bad experiences with this.

My advice would be to register for a prepaid 02 money card, tell them it is a standard debit card and then load whatever amount of money you have agreed to for them to take.

They have a UK account, but its only used to transfer money to peoples accounts. The "transfer fee" that they charge, is basically the American banks charge plus a little profit for QQ, for transferring it from a US bank to a UK bank.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

if you go onto their live chat and if your account is in arrears, (one day over re-payment date) they have a legal obligation to offer you a longer payment plan and freeze the interest. 4 x month is offered if your account is not late yet. as you have defaulted you can arrange payments to suit you. change your debit card details and account details if possible>

Actually there is no legal obligation. They can consider one but they dont have to give one. However if they add on charges and i terest when they have been told the debtor cant repay the original amount, then they would be in breach of oft guidance.

Do QQ actually ever add additional charges/interest?

They've only ever added a £12 default charge to mine.

They can do yes. We've had a fair number of posters complaining about it. However, lately it seems that theyve started to not charge people it.
