I have a Default Notice on my credit file from Vodafone.

Its from a few years ago now and is relating to an account which is now closed, although I am still a Vodafone customer.

Ive just drafted a letter to their Customer Relations Manager which I am going to post in the morning

but think it might be wise to email their Web Relations Team after having read the positive things on here.

I'll let you know how I get on and I hope that we can all get a positive resolution to this problem soon. Wish me luck.

I have just sent an email to Vodafone Web Relations Team with a copy of what I am sending in the post to their Customer Relations Manager. If Lee from Web Relations Team is reading this the email reference is: 10501129

Thank You. I hope you can help.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
