Hi,

When did you cancel.

They have a minimum 30 day notice period, You must pay any charges (including usage charges and line rental) up to the end of that 30-day notice period.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.

Think they send you a bag to return the box and modem, when you request the cancellation. Perhaps they don't cancel until they have the box back.

Suggest that you return the box and modem back, with a covering letter, if they fail to respond.

We could do with some help from you.
