Send them a written confirmation notice.

 

Remind them of their duties under the Distance Selling Regs.

Contact your bank immediately and cancel the payment - don't take any nonsense from your bank anf confirm with your bank in writing because like all banks they will do everything they can to avoid their legal responsibilities.

Do it all now. Send all written confirmations now. Send them all recorded delivery. Keep all copies and all receipts.
