Hi, I,m not sure if I,m posting in the right place here but I have a quick question about credit caeds. I got a natwest credit card a few years ago and when I lost my job I ended up using it to pay some bills then they sent me another one and stupidly I ran that one up even though I had not asked for another but I know I an ultimately responsible. The thing was, after a while they wrote to me saying that I could no longer use it cos their rules had changed. I have always kept the payments up so Im not sure what was wrong but Im just paying them off without being able to use them for anything. I just wondered if there was any sort of loophole that I could exploit to because of this. Ive probably paid them off ten times over and really struggle to keep up the payments but I just dont want to get blacklisted or get in any sort of trouble. Any info would be helpful, thanks,Andy

Hi andy

We can't help regarding 'loopholes', but if you've been Mis-sold PPI, claim it back with interest, if you've had penalty charges added claim them back with interest. This is for the last 6 years plus. Have a read of 1,2,3,4 and 7 in my signature.
