ESA Increased Amount from April '12?

Does anyone know if the amount of ESA (Assessment Rate) is to be increased from this April?

claimant under 25, partner under 18 53.45 increases to 56.25

claimant 25 or over, partner under 18 67.50 increases to 71.00

claimant (main phase), partner under 18 67.50 increases to 71.00

 

Proposed rates of ESA from April 2012, the amounts not actually been decided in full as yet.
