Hi there

I have recieved a few letters recently regarding an unpaid Vodafone Bill.

The amount is for around 750.

They now say i have 10 days to respond before the proceed with a CCJ.

My last payment was from around december/january 2005!.

My questions are:

Should i send a prove it letter to try to delay some time, being so close to statute barred,

Or should i just send a letter saying i believe its stature barred?

By me asking them to prove it does that constitute to me contacting them regarding my debt and therefor working against the statute barred rule?

Also if they come up with the proof can i arrange monthly payments etc to vodafone themselves instead of paying these numpties?

Kind Regards

Mike

Hi Mike,

In the event that you followed rebel's advice could you update the thread with your email reference number so I track your details down and locate the account in question here?

In answer to your questions I don't believe sending a letter requesting proof of any alleged debt would constitute any admission of it.

Kind regards,

Lee
