Hello,

I took our car finance with Blackhorse in March 2009, since then I have missed 7 payments. I have always managed to come to an agreement with then.

I received another default notice last week that says I have until 29th August to bring my arrears up to date.

Basically, I no longer want this car. Can I hand it back? What paperwork do I need to ask for? I have accrued nearly £1000 of charges. Can I get any of these deducted?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
