I went onto their webpage and put in a Contact Us request asking for them to contact me to set up a payment plan.

 

It was all automated, but my confirmation email has [email protected] as a contact. Give them your reference number in the subect line (mine was 6 digits).

Ok. After telling Gothia I was not going to pay any more money (as I had already paid the original loan plus one months interest) it has now been passed back to Wonga it would seem. They have sent me an email today to get in ring them regarding my account. Obviously I font want to phone them as I imagine they will still want the extra charges/interest. Any idea how I approach this now?
