Yup, as mondeo says, it seems to be the current trend for them to acknowledge then you to get an offer a few days later.

Remember to get a good price for keeping your gob shut, if they ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement that is.

Personally, I'll be asking for several thousand pounds to keep my gob shut if my claim goes that far, as I fully expect them to.

We cannot forget however, the value of your claim ,it'll be interesting to see whether they go ahead and file a defence and actually go to court. Personally I doubt they will.....

It's up to you and whether you've got the balls (pardon the phrase!) to see it through or not....!

The claim is for £8k.

If I were you I'd speak to Stephen and see what he thinks.

At the end of the day, it depends on your circumstances.

I'd like to think that you'd decline any offer other than full settlement, but it is your decision.

I'll stop now because I'm sure I'm not helping!

WELL DONE YOU!!!!!!!!!

I cant believe they paid all that up! I know you havent told us exactly what happened due to confidentiality but Im guessing the whole amount was paid...

What happenes if they offer you the whole lot but with the confidentiality agreement...can you turn it down?
