Hello Just joined and in process of reclaiming £885 from RBOS.

I am looking for the letter template to send to the NAT WEST for my original loan agreements.... Are these ones they have with copies of my signature or the actual ink one????

14/09/06 sent prelim to RBOS for £885

28/9/06 sent LBA letter

2/10/06 letter from RBOS offering £585 ..Rejected

10.10.06 more charges £710:-x

It will be a true signed copy under the 1974 consumer credit act.

You will need to send a 1.00 fee with the letter.

Sorry to be a pain but i dont know which letter to send requesting original agreement for a loan

I would send the SAR request but i would edit it for what you need. They will respond to it. It would help them if you know your loan account number (you don't need to add it). On another note, im trying to get a loan agreement which was taken out in 2003 and they "can't" locate it. hmmmm was that because they sold me a loan under 18?? Also Vodafone have told me they don't have to supply me with a copy of my signed airtime agreement as it isn't defined as "personal data" and is stored in a secure area. lol
