cca request received can someone check and advise

Hi i have been getting hassled by wecot, and sent a cca request, and i received a rather bad photocopy back, can anyone have a look and advise what steps i need to take next

The pics seem to have come out small anybody know how to upload them bigger ?

Its too small Terry, and on the first scan there is a barcode at the bottom of the page you need to obscure too.

 

If the photocopy is bad, and parts of it are illegible, then you can dispute it on that basis, but see if you can get the scans larger, use a host like tinypic or photobucket to upload them to.

Hi.

That agreement is very faded and difficult to read. Can you see if it contains:

 

1 The APR

2 A credit limit (or a statement saying one will be set)

3 Repayment terms

 

It may make reference to any terms and conditions overleaf. If it does (or doesn't) let us know

 

If that is all they have sent you then they haven't complied fully

Hi Thanks for the reply, the copy they sent is very faded as you say, and very hard to make out , but i cant see any mention of

Not only in providing you with anything resembling an enforceable agreement, but a legible on at that. You can send them one of the following, or a mixture of both, either way tell them that you dispute this account, withhold any payment until such time that they do provide you with a legible enforceable CCA.

Send it 2nd class, no need for recorded delivery, get proof of posting though for your records. Only the important docs need be sent recorded delivery, CCA SAR....

It is up to you really, but I like to send them 2nd class as it shows them exactly how 'urgent' and important I think the whole debacle really is..
