They never sent anyone.

 

 

 

 

 

I asked for costs and I have to send in my claim to the court. The DJ also reserved the file to himself in the event they sell it on. In which case he said it will be killed at inception. On top of that DJ said as the application card and statements were from 2004 he ruled it statute barred.

Ha Ha, What a brill result, looks like the judge was really on the ball there. Try to get any court documents confirming what the judge stated, so you can hit the next ****** over the head with it. well done
