I need some help ( possibly a template) on what to write to Firstplus. I have been sent statements which include interest that I have paid monthly. and PPI that has been added to the loan. Has anybody got a template I can use please?

Hi,

I'm going to move this thread to the PPI Forum, hopefully you'll get some help in there.

Have a look in the 'sticky threads' at the top of the PPI Forum, I'm sure everything you need will be there.

Regards.

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

Indl,

As far as I am aware there is not a template letter for PPI claim. All you need to do is write to your bank stating the reasons you believe you were mis sold PPI and that you would like a full refund of all premiums paid. Also enclose a spreadsheet with your calculations for refund.

Good luck

Hi

I have just been successful with First Plus. I found some useful templates on the Money saving expert web site including the FOS questionnaire. We just completed this, and used a template letter which we maneded to fit our case. All we had was the agreement, and we didn't ask for anything else before we sent the letters. 40 days later we had a letter upholding our complaint, and we should get the refund within 6 weeks.

If you google money saving expert, and then type PPI into their search bar.

Good luck
