if you manage Cap1 CC online then there is a facility to contact them by a secure message..............However I would suggest you use the proven route of letter/recorded delivery.............then they cannot say did not receive your email...just a thought................FS

I would send all complaints to their head office in London and mark the top of the letter "FORMAL COMPLAINT"

I was reading something somewhere that companies that receive complaints that are not headed as such don't treat it as a complaint (looks good on their figures)

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
