thanks i have just done the letter and i will be getting it off to them asap.

another question iscan one have a default removed if you have partially settled it. and how would i go about doing this.

hi there i wrote to equifaxsaying that there was a error with regards to my ames account, last week i got a letter saying that they had removed the the default as they had not heard back from amex.

 

i now wish to work on getting a lloyds tsb default removed can you help me please with a cca letter that i can use please

hi i sent a letter to equifax to query a default and they have now removed the default due to not hearing from the company, i now need to write the same letter to experian however i cannot seem to find the template for this letter and i have lost the copy of the letter that i sent to equifax. can someone please direct me to the letter template to query a default with the cra
