See a solicitor. You will need to regsiter a notice against the property to protect your shar. Your note may not be signed but if it is in her name it will be very helpful.

You certainly do have an enforceable contract.

 

If in any doubt, then file a claim and get a judgment which will secure your position

Hi BankFodder,

 

Do you know which section of law would have jurisdiction of a case like this? i.e what sort of specialist area would i need the solicitor in would this be classed as contract law under common law?

Think you need to edit and remove the name you have entered in your last post. I'm assuming that the name is relevant to the case.
