Some interesting reading and some interesting proposals. Also a very handy summary of the law in some areas, especially rejection.

 

Of note are the suggestions that there be a 30 standard time period to reject goods (subject to it being a rebuttable presumption in some cases) and the abolition of deductions for use of faulty goods.
