"Martin what further info do you need?"

Just need to be up to speed with those who have subscribed to litigation with sols-and details of who they are etc.

Its become difficult to keep abreast of.

I have even had emails from people using real names and I cannot reconcile them to CAG members since they didnt indicate their user names !!!

Hi Martin, i'm not sure i understand what info you need, or how to send you mail direct as i'm new to this sort of forum.

Thanks

just read a4rons post. i am one of the eleven and i think all of you should email the solicitor and join the fight. as a4ron says don't talk to computeach or bpf let the solicitor do the work. got more chance with him than on you own. at least you will know something is being down about the situation. any information that we get about ct can be sent to the solicitors which might help him make a cast iron case against bpf.

hi,

how can i contact this solicitor? what should i say? is he familier with thw case or shall i write every single things from the first?

I do wanna take this further....please let me know where should i mail and what shall i say,

it's a little harder for me as english is not my first language and never havo to deal with these formal letters...

thanks to all you guys, really good job, well done, you are great...

Hi Guys,

As the contact details have been taken off the posts i have made on this forum for my solicitor, anyone interested in joining the 11 of us so far please send me a private message, I will then forward the details onto you.

Hope this helps

CitizenB and Martin

Thank you for the offer to help us Legally.

I would like to take up this offer of Legal help from CAG but really need to be told what to do next as I haven't a clue about any proper procedures .

How can this be done?

Aaron,

The details were removed for reasons which I explained quite clearly.

It does not help anyone when the vast majority of posters here remain oblivious to whats going on because a number of different actions are being orchastrated.

It is not unreasonable for CAG to want to be kept up to speed with things-and so far a number of questions that have been asked remain unanswered.

Dealing with this by pm only adds even further confusion.

Hi Martin

Count me in as well I was just in the process of working out how to write my first letter to barclays.

I had waited to see what they would offer.. I thought I would at least give them the chance to come to a solution that would work for us both, but the fact they did not even check with me as to what I wanted.. this more than anything has made me come to the decision of refusal and I want my money back.

What exactly can I claim from them.. will it be only what I have paid to them.. and what about the £500 deposit I paid upfront?

Any help I woud be grateful for

if we had had a choice of companies.. I think it would have solved much of the troubles as someone once said vote with your feet.. Barclays would have soon seen which company we would have chosen then.

They have just listened to one persons views by the looks of it and worn blinkers to every other option and now its going to get messy.

I am also a Barclays bank account holder and I have Barclays shares..hmm

Hi guys,

im really confused over what i need to do next  i am ignoring the email from CT as per advise from bluedo (thanks dude :)), but i was due to start paying bpf back in may this year. I was trying to cancel with advent in december and have already decided to persue other career avenues.i just have a couple of questions so i know what i need to do:

1: should i ring CT or BPF about cancelling the agreement?

2: are there any letters i need to send them to do this?

answers to these would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Tamu

Hi wasabi me again but i'd not rush into anything at the min I've not contacted CT or BPF yet. The CAG team are willing to help us so I'll hang on a bit and I'm sure Martin will post a letter or however he will do this if you want to be involved Martin says click his red triangle

I really can't afford Lawyers as I'm not sure what it all entails maybe a lot of letters.

So my understanding here is that the CAG team will be helping us poor souls with a suitable letter to BPF telling them that we categorically reject the CT offer and the reasons for it.

Sorry if this is repeating someones elses post my head has gone west with all this at the moment.

No, nothing on there at all. Only my signature. i was visited by Peter Moore of VOX Industrial technologies, there is a signature on the green part of my agreement but not by him dated 30/01/2008. alarm bells did kind of ring when i though to myself why on earth is a company director coming to my house selling me an IT course, should of followed my thoughts.

Did he have the Posh italian sports car? haha i had him too

Yes please bear with us.

Its no good throwing a letter together that Barclays will ignore or does not spell out what targets are needed.I am consulting with other site team members with the view of putting a prelim letter together which will fit the bill.

The Easter break is almost upon us which gives us a couple of days before Tuesday to get up to speed with anything further we need and also be clear as to who is in need of what-given the different issues people have to deal with.

Thanks Martin

I started to write a letter.. but it went on for about a page and a half and it did not seem to get everything I wanted to write.. I suppose there was a bit of spleen splattering with it, but having never written such a letter before I could miss out a vital point and render the letter useless at best.

I at last edited it down to a page but it still seems long winded and does not get my points across.

I was wondering how one standard letter will work since some of us are in slightly different points.. such as myself who enrolled a few weeks before Christmas and got nothing except payments taken for the first few months this year.. to others who have been paying for sometime and have received some "training" during the time.

Can there be such a thing as one catch all letter?

Best part was I was in the queue waiting to give my boarding card at the airport when a woman from Advent rang my mobile wanting to know what dates would I like my first workshop to be on.. I informed her that I would not be back in the country until 18th of January and to call me back after that date

Hi Martin, would a letter from yourself hold any more weight than sending them ourselves? I've sent many letters without a result. I'm just wondering what the difference would be coming from you guys? Thanks
