The above company provide my telephone service, a while ago whilst paying my bill over the phone using my card, they kept my card number and once a bill was ready they would just diduct money from my account. All this was done without my consent and resulted in afew messes. When I first suspected I called them to ask how my bills always came through as paid and they told me they could not because all transaction where blanked out once paid so there was no way they could tell me. This resulted in me loosing more in terms of bank charges than the cost of the phone bills as twice the bank charged me £90. I went out for a meal with my wife assuming there was money in my account only for my card to be declined, went shopping only for my card to be declined. I rang them to talk to someone but was told they only accept complaints in writing with proof.:-x
