Im pretty (edited) off at my employer right now. My wages usually get paid at the end of each month (arrears..whatever). I did a hell of a lot of extra work in September, and I didn'get get paid at all. I asked my employer and he said that "your wages get paid a month in arrears and they'll be paid at the end of October". But I've spoken to other people and they've said that's not right at all.

As it's coming up to the end of October, I asked my employer again if I'm getting September's pay, and he said "it depends if it all goes through properly".

I'm thinking that I'm being taking for a ride really  Does anyone have any advice on what I could do? Or tell me if he's in the wrong?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
