Dropping employment tribunal case

Hi,

 

I'm dropping my employment tribunal case, does anyone know if it is sufficient for the respondent to agree

 

"not to pursue any costs against the claimant as a result of this application having been brought in the first instance"

 

- is there anything else I should be concerned they might do and include in the agreement to drop the case?
