DCA letter re Orange mobile contract in 2004..please help

Hello

 

I received a letter today from a certain Transcom. pleae see attached

 

Its about a mobile contract I had in 2004 but later on used by my sister. she went into default and i know for sure i paid the full balance and even asked for the contract to be closed.

 

now i receive this letter saying i owe them money.

please help.

Those links to the letter are no use as they are pointing to your local PC's hard disk... Please use photobuket or something like that and try again.

Did you ever receive a Notice of Assignment from Arrow or Orange when they sold the debt?

 

nope, this is the first time i heard from them.

i have moved from my previous address since 2005 so i would never know if there were any letter from them. and i am pretty sure i have cleared off the full balance on default and asked for the disconnection of the phone. either way, is this still enforeceable?
