GOt another letter saying that they will send someone round after 72 hours, Is this a standard threat or are they getting serious.

 

If they do come round, what powers do I/They have?

As opposed to a month ago, when they said they were taking you to court?

I'd call it a serious bluff rather than a serious threat

On 6th March, you wrote that they gave you 28 days - that took you to about 3 April, I think.

 

On 3 April, what did they do?

 

On 17 April they demanded £148 "or action within 7 days".

 

On 24 April, what did they do?

 

18 May, "Pay by 22nd, or it will be court"

 

How did you get on in court, was it a good day out, did you all have fun?

 

Now, today, "a visit within 72 hours"

 

Now, think very hard before answering this next bit.

 

Using all your skill and judgement, and bearing in mind that you can tell any debt collector, who has the misfortune, and stupidity, to land at your door, to "Go away off!", [and they have to], what do you think will happen next?
