Can I share a room whti someone - I will be paid on the Wednesday before this meet so will have some dosh... getting to St Albans is no problem either, I'll get the train from St Pancras and on the Saturday can get the train all the way home (barring engineering works...) back to the other end of the line.

Never been there so it should be quite interesting. Nice to meet up with everyone again.

UNUS VIR OBVIAM ORBIS TERRARUM

Are you being harrassed by a DCA or Brighthouse. Click the link for OFT Debt collection guidelines. Chances are, they could be in breach of some part of sections 2 or 3 or both!

I just give advice, I can't do it for you though!!

If you were helped, then please wiggle my scales, and you might get a wiggle back!!!

Wetherspoons are good prices for drinks and you don't have to pay to go in, unlike at the Horn.;)

This meet is changing nearly as much as last years Manchester one did.lol

Glad you might be able to make it PJ. :D

Change of venue ok with me if no-one has any strong objections. We'd be able to get food there too. I'm coming straight from work so won't have time to eat first.

So who have we got coming now?

I've been told by a colleague that the alternative venue is pretty good - and there is another one called the Farmers Boy just down the road from the Horn.

One of the guys here lives in the area and has given me a map for Saturday marking places of interest, I will get a train home sometime late in the afternoon... make a change getting away. I've also got the pup guide printed out with the map too...

Can somebody confirm that they have space for me in a room....

Looking forward to meeting up again. Who is coming to this one?

Yes The Farmers Boy has a very good atmosphere and may have a band on. Good idea to have it on the list of options if needed as The Waterend Barn will get very busy as the night progresses,as there is a seperate section for dancing babies which is popular. It can be a lively crowd! If it's one thing there isn't a shortage of in Shorbans, is a pub! We just make sure it suits our clientele!

To answer your question OD, the car park is not part of the pub. You turn into the road opposite the Court and it's an undercover NCP on your right. We'll have to sort out mobile numbers to give to those who need.
