a lot of people think that tesco own the land that their store is on but this is not always the case,they just own the store

ct sum bags find out who owns the land then pay a very small fee to hand out these parking charges on the car park, i to have had dealings with this bunch of cowboy [problematic] and after reading all the forums paid the amount of,zip,zilch,or nowt.

to all who are getting ticket remember,ignor,ignore,ignore,and have fun laughing at the junk that comes through your letter box.

It is often worth checking the planning application and the permission granted. It is not unknown that it is a condition of the granted application that free parking must be provided. Also check the rated value for the car park, if revenue is derived from it then they should be paying a business rate.
