Hi there all,

Nice to join finally... I should have done it sooner.

Does anyone know anything about the current course case that is going on and how that affects the claim process... or is this in the FAQ's section. I'll go check in there.

Merry Christmas,

:)

Hi, pipin.

Almost all cases are being 'stayed' at the moment, but it's recommended you take your claim all the way to court. Some claims regarding hardship have being successful.

Here's a 'link' to the updates.............

Hi pipin welcome to CAG:) If you can claim financial hardship they have to look at your claim. Some things to consider- Are you struggling to make payments to creditors, are direct debits/ standing orders failing, have you paid more than £500 in charges over the last year? If so you could write and tell them you are claiming under financial hardship. Good luck and welcome aboard:)
