Can you elaborate a little more?

 

How long have you been employed for?

What was the accusation?

Have you had any previous warnings etc?

 

Im sure they have no right to suspend without pay as this would indicate that you have already been found guilty, therefore you would have been sacked.. As they have only suspended you they MUST pay you until the disciplinary hearing at least, if there is one. (after which you would be exonerated or dismissed)
