DCA's Must be getting desperate for money now,i have not been with Scottish power for over 18 months and i got a letter this morning from SPM collections for what i suppose they say i owe to Scottish power from my final bill for the great sum of £2.05.Must have cost them that to send the letter.What jokers they are.

Thanks for your replie,forgot to mentionthey say they will enforce payment of the outstanding sum together with any judicial expenses and costs of recovery.These costs can be substantial and will be a minimum of £250,they are just a joke,i might take up your idea babybear seeing they are short of cash,silly machine in there office might take pennies.

I had a 3 page letter this week from HSBC, inviting me to call them to dicuss my current and future borrowing needs, because my account hasn't had a credit since the begining of august, and it's overdrawn by 22p!

 

what with the little booklet inside the envelope, I'm sure it cost more in paper, ink and postage!

 

this is the problem when you crank up the 'o-matic' machines, no wonder they keep fighting for every unenforceable scrap they can find!!!!
