Anyone have any advise? I took delivery of a leather 3 piece suite in June costing £2900, 4 months on I complained as there is lots of problems I was told to wipe once a week with a damp cloth but all the dye is coming off this is dark brown and and has now gone pinky patchy also other problems the cushions have sunk and there is a lump on one chair and the leather is saggy in parts.

Two managers came out and are refusing to do anything about it saying now I should not have wiped down with a damp cloth but this was the instructions given he said although I wrote a letter as far as they are concerned this is not a fault and will not do anything about it

 

It even says on the receipt wipe down once a week

I would appreiate any advise?
