I called the Northampton County Court Business Centre and they have confirmed the case has been stayed as they have not heard back from the claimant. I know this may be reopened but I could not have stood up to these DCA's and their friends without the help of this community especially DX, Andyorch and Stigman. In that thread you have quoted, the OP hasn't yet heard back from Tfl as to if they are being prosecuted or given an administrative settlement, so it isn't correct to say "the only reason the user received a warning was because of her medical condition", as they haven't yet heard.

Just had a further look at the FOS website and there's every chance the FOS will turn you away. It's still worth reporting it to them, even if they come back and say no. It seems only *some* activities that the RAC provide are covered by the FOS. Others are not. The RAC aren't currently subscribed to any ADR scheme either so the next step would be small claims. Chargeback limitations is 120 days for Visa and Mastercard, you're past that unfortunately so chargeback is a no-go. As this bloke is apparently all over social media, it would be a good idea for your mate to contact him and ask if she can quote his case as a persuasive case in her WS. The claim number is the most important bit, and then anything else he would be willing to state - judge name, court name, hearing date.

Hearing date is set for 7th June, and all documents for the hearing need to be delivered to Evri and the court no later than 14 days before the hearing (I work this out to be 24th May at the latest)
