hi i need some advice please iam so so worried that i cant sleep and getting ill and depressed .i have 5 payday loans which i cannot pay and want to seek help but i lied on the application form online on my wages and housing situation.please any advice will i go to court for fraud

Theoretically possible, but vanishingly unlikely in practice.

really ihave messed up so much if they had done proper checks they would have seen that i couldnt afford the payments. i no its all my fault for borrowing and lying i dont no what to do im at end

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
