natwest offer what next

have had an offer from NatWest which i've excepted as its better than running the risk & getting nothing. The offer was what i aked they too refund 5mths ago in my 1st letter, but since then further charges have been added & of course the MCOL fee.

where do i go from here as regards the court & corbetts?

Not sure what you mean - if you have accepted the offer then when you receive the money le the court know you settled - upto Nat west to tell Cobbettts - you don't employ them:)

yes i've accepted their offer! but since i 1st wrote to them further fees have been added about £150 one being a default notice fee £30 for debit process claim . Doe's this mean i now have a bad credit rating & how do i get my name removed ?

Swampy, if further charges have been applied to your account along with a default notice, you need to start a new claim (make sure you include the removal of the default as part of the claim) from prelim stage. If the amount you've been defaulted for is equal to or less than the charges that have been applied to your account - you can have this removed by pursuing them through the courts as part of your second claim.
