Hello,

 

I'm afraid I have a problem with phones4u that is all my own fault!

 

My sister and I both signed up to 3 contracts with phones4u about 7 months ago.

 

Part of the deal was cashback (chequeback) after the first 6 months. Unfortunately we both sent in our claims a few days late and, consequently are probably no longer entitled to the money.

 

We haven't heard anything at all back from them yet. Is a phone call in order? If so what do I say?? Is there any chance of getting them to pay up do you think?

Really great news - in the post this morning I received my cashback!! I am amazed that they didn't quibble over the late claim.

 

With the cheque was a friendly letter giving me a number to call incase I had any questions etc...

 

Here it is incase anyone else needs to contact phones4u over a cashback claim (I couldn't find the number anywhere on the website!)
