Hello all, confused newbie here i am trying to claim back bank charges from lloyds on a business account. i have sent them a perlimenary letter got a response, thank you for your letter blah blah, we will contact you in a few days, which they did, with what i believe is the standard reply sorry you are not happy etc, but they say that the unfair contracts terms does not apply to business customers only to consumers. I downloaded the letter from this site which stated that it was for business not consumer. I just wanted to know if I was correct in my belief that i am still entitled to a refund of my bank charges, and if there is any one else out there who is trying to reclaim business bank charges, Also if i am right in saying that the fact that i have since closed that particular account makes no difference to my claim. hope someone can answer my questions before i make a fool of my self cheers.:???:
