Never mind what's happened to other cases. Yours is different because you've done your Court Bundle and Barclays won't have done theirs and the Court said they had to be submitted.

 

Make sure you know what you are arguing, avoid the Stay and win your case.

total waste of time judge had his mind made up before i went in didnt even read my letter for a removal of a stay said that if he ruled in my favor barclays would appeal and the case wouldnt be heard until march or april next year he said all courts were issuing stays could of just sent me a letter telling me he was issuing a stay so o didnt have to go

thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way in particular slick and saintly ps when i do win next year i will make a donation to this site.

I agree - why couldn't they Order the Stay by post and not waste everyone's time.

 

Still, Saintly's right -8% s.69 interest - that's the best rate Barclays are offering and it's paid gross.
