Forgive me if I repeat questions or answers but I do want it to be right.

I am so glad I have you guys to rely on I would have just left it otherwise.

Last night I added up the total with interest and it came to £2260

I couldn't believe it.

You would think they would pay up before action wouldn't you.

I have just briefly looked at the ways to do it and I think I will fill in the N1 form and do it through my local court.

I will need step-by-step instructions though.

So what do I do first?

Yes you can pick up a N1 from your local County Court - I think they will even help you fill it in.

Have you done your spreadsheet and POC?

If you do all those, you can take them with you when you get your N1 and file at the same time.

Just a thought.

If so I did it last night .

No I haven't done the POC yet.

I need some time off from work and kids so I can spend time on here...LOL

Only trouble is my legs get numb when I sit at the computer for a long time...LOL

This is your N1 http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n1_0102.pdf see if you can fill it in - or print it off.

This is your POC http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/681-4-particulars-claim-n1.html

scrol down and it will say POC - this is added to N1 (I can't put it here as we are not allowed.

Do you have MSN? maybe I can help better from there.

To everyone who is trying to help me,

I won't be on here for a few days

I live in Rotherham and the floods have caused

alot of caous.

My power keeps cutting off and I just thought I'd quickly send

this before it happens again.

The Ulley Dam is about to burst so I might not have power for even longer, if it happens.

I will be back with you all ASAP.
