HELP. Part Victory I can see the light!!!!!!!!!!

I have received an offer for the full amount of my claim for £1900.00. It is a "goodwill" payment as in their words

"We are, however, mindful of the management time and recoverable legal costs that may be incurred in relatio to such a claim. For those reasons alone and without any admission of liability whatsoever, we are prepared to make a payment to you for the sum of £1900.00 in full and final settlement of this matter"

What it doesnt cover is the default removal which is also important. What should I do next. Should I accept it or do I take it to the next stage and maybe lose everything???

I have searched through the archieves to see if I can find a template to accept their offer but only on condition of removal of the defaults.

Anyone any ideas!!:rolleyes::confused: :confused:
