I have recived a second leter from Barclays just saying

May i say how sorry i am to learn that you feel the bank charges you have incurred are unfair. ect ect Then going on to say in view of my comments above, i am unwilling to refund you the charges you have incurred as requested,

Then going on to say i could contact the Financal Ombudsman? if need be and if they dont hear from me within eights weeks they will assume that your complaint is resolved and will close my file.

Any Help please on what i should do now i am asking for the 25.00 charges they have charged me for every letter sent which amounts to 175.00.

should i write and Threaten them with court action?

Any Help much Apperciated:mad:

THank you.

what letters have you sent ?

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/671-2-letter-preliminary-approach.html

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/92-3-letter-before-action.html

If only the 1st then send the 2nd one if you have sent both then as soon as the 14 days are up start your court action either through MCOL or using N1 direct to your local court

Hope this helps
